A global leader in real estate services is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Singapore. The ideal candidate will provide customer service support to guests, residents, and visitors and maintain accurate service records. Responsibilities include administrative assistance to the Property Manager and responding to emergencies following procedures. Candidates must possess interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and be flexible to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Customer Service Officer (Property Management)
You will be supporting guests, residents and visitors, providing customer service support for the area locations and other concierge service needs. Complete records, reports and other duties as required and assigned.
