Responsibilities

• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
• Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.
• Assist all customers enquires via emails and calls, including cold calling.
• Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.
• Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.
• Handle monetary receipts and payments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
