Company Overview

The Bianka Panova Sport and Art Academy was founded in 2015 in Singapore with the clear mission of providing the young upcoming talents with the highest levels of artistic and professional gymnastics training. Our Co-founder and Head Coach, Ms. Bianka Panova, is an Olympian and a nine-time World Champion in Rhythmic gymnastics. All students here in Singapore can now benefit from the opportunity to be trained at the highest levels of this beautiful sport brought to them by the Academy.

Job Summary

Work closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth and professional service delivery, manage front desk operations, maintain a welcoming environment, and support administrative and marketing activities for the Academy.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and consistent customer service to all stakeholders to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain and prepare the reception area and studios to be clean, organized, and ready for classes
  • Manage front desk operations by taking attendance, guiding gymnasts to their studios, updating absence records, and informing coaches promptly
  • Attend to parents and gymnasts by assisting with uniform fittings and apparatus purchases
  • Respond to customer service emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications promptly with accurate information
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document preparation, invoicing, and updating merchandise inventory
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing timely information about programs and upcoming events to stakeholders
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
