A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. In this role, you will lead a customer service team responsible for processing order requests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include monitoring cargo movement and liaising with both customers and internal departments. The incumbent will be joining our team as Customer Service Executive in our subsidiary company, scholarship Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The Customer Service Abend will be responsible to lead a team, process shipping documentation and fulfil customers logistics requirement.
