Efficiently manage and control inventory to meet customer demands.
Responsibly handle customer inquiries from multiple communication platforms.
Drive an exceptional customer service experience, offering product knowledge and assistance throughout the customers’ journey.
Update CS log and ensure accuracy.
Review data and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in daily route planning activities.
Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
