The ideal candidate possesses a diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and has at least two years of relevant industry experience. A valid Class 3 Driving License is required, along with a willingness to travel internationally within Asia.

• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided from North/North-East/West Area MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 5.15pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transport Allowance + OT
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product delivery training for distributors and customers.
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysis of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
• Carry out field services at sites in local and ASEAN countries.
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team in locating correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
• Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
