Job Scope:
  • Handle customer enquiries and calls via phone & emails
  • Respond promptly to customer questions, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales proposals, and maintenance contracts
  • Prepare invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments
  • Schedule and coordinate daily work for technicians and confirm next-day appointments with customers
  • Update and maintain appointment schedules and customer records in the system
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners when required
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and service reports
  • Support the Service Department and assist with other administrative tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Job Requirements:
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, on job training will be provided.
  • Relevant 1–2 years of experience in Administration or Customer Service is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Well-organised and customer-oriented
