Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in preparing and compiling regular reports as scheduled.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for records and documents.
  • Update and oversee the implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office supply inventory, including placing orders and sourcing competitive deals and suppliers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Coordinate with executive and senior administrative assistants to address inquiries and support requests from senior management.
  • Arrange and manage import/export shipments and related logistics.
