Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls from customers and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in preparing and compiling regular reports as scheduled.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for records and documents.
- Update and oversee the implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Manage office supply inventory, including placing orders and sourcing competitive deals and suppliers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
- Coordinate with executive and senior administrative assistants to address inquiries and support requests from senior management.
- Arrange and manage import/export shipments and related logistics.
