A service-oriented company in Singapore is seeking a front desk personnel who is comfortable managing customer interactions and service-related tasks. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Mandarin and English. Responsibilities include handling customer requests, order processing, and supporting company events. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is essential, and candidates should be willing to work overtime or on public holidays as required.
Must be comfortable with a front desk role environment.
Not afraid of dealing face-to-face with repeat or new customers.
Reception duties, incoming calls, customer's order fulfilment.
Attend to customers’ requests, enquiry and service related matters.
Perform point of sales order processing and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Support Company events and coordinate activities related to training.
Handle feedback and complaints of customers.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Required spoken languages due to customer pool: Mandarin and English
At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates from mlm, retail, hotel, hospitality industries have added advantage
Good in communication, positive,meticulous,honest and able to multi-task.
Well versed in using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required.
Working hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10.00a.m-7.00p.m
Working location: Next to Clarke Quay MRT station.
