Job summary

Educare Human Capital Private Limited is seeking a Logistics Customer Support professional in Singapore to work night shifts (8pm–8am) with alternating days off. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will use SAP/WMS for order processing, maintain shipment records, and prepare simple reports. Overtime and strong communication are required, with 1–2 years in logistics as a bonus.

Qualifications

Job description

Working Hours: 8pm to 8am (4 days work, 3 days off/3 Days work, 4 days off Alternating)
Working Locations: Pioneer (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

Job Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

1. 1) Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or system platforms
2. 2) Provide updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and order issues
3. 3) Resolve customer complaints or elevate issues when necessary

Order & Shipment Coordination

1. 1) Process and monitor incoming customer orders in the system
2. 2) Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely delivery
3. 3) Ensure accuracy of order details, invoices, and shipping documents

System & Documentation

1. 1) Use SAP / WMS (Warehouse Management System) for order processing and tracking
2. 2) Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery status, and customer requests
3. 3) Prepare basic reports on order status or service issues

Internal Coordination

1. 1) Liaise with warehouse, operations, and drivers to ensure smooth workflow
2. 2) Follow up on delayed shipments or operational issues
3. 3) Support operations team during peak periods when needed

Service & Compliance

1. 1) Ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met
2. 2) Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
3. 3) Follow company SOPs and logistics procedures

Job Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, WMS, SAP
• Able to perform overtime when required
• Customer service orientated, with good communication and interpersonal skill
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Logistics industry / related Education background will be a bonus
• Ability to work Night Shift Preferred
