Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED operates a Singapore warehouse with a 7.30pm to 7.30am shift, on a 4-3-4 pattern, at Greenwich Drive or Tuas. The role covers inbound/outbound logistics, inventory handling, and safe dispatching of goods.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in logistics, is comfortable with ERP/WMS like SAP, and may hold a forklift or reach truck license. Night shift and related allowances, plus a sign-on bonus, are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in the logistics industry.
• Proficient with ERP and WMS (SAP) for inventory and orders.
• Forklift or Reach Truck license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.
