Job summary

Educare Human Capital is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our client’s Singapore logistics team. You will handle inbound/outbound operations, ensure accurate inventory handling, and maintain records with SAP and WMS.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics, ability to lift 15–20 kg, and comfort with standing long hours. Shuttle service from selected MRT stations is available, with day and night shifts in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a good understanding of logistics systems.
• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Able to carry 15-20kg parts.
• Comfortable standing long hours.
• Reach Truck/Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height for part-picking.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Working Hours: Day Shift: 08:00 to 17:30/Night Shift: 20:00 to 05:30 (Monday - Friday)
Working Location: Woodland Height/Penjuru Lane (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)
