Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, logistics, administration or operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and accurate records.
• Willing to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts.
• Fast-paced logistics environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and professional assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and operational processes.
• Follow up on customer requests and operational issues.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and operational records.
• Prepare reports and update relevant documentation.
• Support daily logistics and operations activities.
• Monitor and follow up on requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain service standards and provide a positive customer experience.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies and operational guidelines.
