Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a stable full-time Customer Service role in a logistics environment.

You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate with internal teams and support day-to-day operations from Woodlands/Sunview, with night shift and 12-hour shifts. Structured training provided to build hands-on experience in customer service and logistics operations. Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, logistics, administration or operations is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
Good attention to detail and accurate records.
Willing to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts.
Fast-paced logistics environment experience.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and professional assistance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and operational processes.
Follow up on customer requests and operational issues.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and operational records.
Prepare reports and update relevant documentation.
Support daily logistics and operations activities.
Monitor and follow up on requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain service standards and provide a positive customer experience.
Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies and operational guidelines.
