Job summary

Eastern Harvest Foods (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Billing Assistant to manage customer orders and support indoor sales activities.

The role involves processing orders, coordinating with delivery and invoicing teams, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate receipts and records. Mandarin-speaking communication is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. Candidates should have at least a diploma or O-level, with 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum O level or Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer oriented.
• Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Familiarity with ERP/NAV system is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Level or Diploma qualification.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proactive with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP/NAV system is a plus.
• Diligent and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days’ work week (Alternate Sunday): 1pm to 9.30pm (Mon to Fri), 7am to 6pm (Alt Sun)
