Job summary

Educare Human Capital Private Limited is seeking a Logistics Customer Support professional in Singapore to work night shifts (8pm–8am) with alternating days off. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will use SAP/WMS for order processing, maintain shipment records, and prepare simple reports. Overtime and strong communication are required, with 1–2 years in logistics as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Overtime may be required.

• Proficient in MS Office, WMS and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or system platforms.
• Provide updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and order issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely delivery.
• Use SAP/WMS for order processing and tracking.
• Maintain records and prepare basic reports on orders.
• Liaise with warehouse, operations and drivers to ensure smooth workflow.
