Job summary

Educare Human Capital Private Limited is seeking a warehouse operative to manage daily inbound and outbound operations at Greenwich Drive or Tuas in Singapore.

You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching, use SAP/WMS for inventory, and maintain accurate records while complying with safety standards. This role includes night shifts and opportunities for forklift training.

Qualifications

• Understanding freight booking processes.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS such as SAP.
• 1-2 years logistics experience.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Working Hours: 7.30pm to 7.30am (on a 4-3-3-4 shift pattern)
Working Location: Greenwich Drive or Tuas

• Forklift License/Reach Truck License preferred.
