Job summary

EduCare Specialist Services is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations at Woodland Height/Penjuru Lane. Shift options include day and night with Monday–Friday schedule and shuttle service from selected MRT stations.

You will handle receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching, maintain accurate inventory in SAP and WMS, and perform cycle counts. The role requires 1–2 years in logistics, ability to lift 15–20 kg, and comfort with long hours

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of logistics industry experience.
• Proficient in ERP and WMS for inventory and order management.
• Able to lift 15–20 kg and stand for long hours.
• Reach truck/pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

• Able to carry 15-20kg parts
• Comfortable standing long hours
• Reach Truck/Pallet Jack Experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height for part-picking
