Job summary

EduCare Specialist Services in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Assistant to support daily inbound/outbound operations on a 7.30pm to 7.30am shift at Greenwich Drive or Tuas. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, sorting and dispatching, and maintain inventory using WMS/SAP.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics, ERP/WMS familiarity, and forklift/reach truck license is preferred. Night shift allowance and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in the logistics industry.
• Forklift/Reach Truck license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, sorting, dispatching).
• Ensure accurate handling, labeling and storage of inventory per procedures.
• Update inventory records using WMS/SAP and perform stock checks/cycle counts.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Load and unload goods safely following safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as required.

Working Hours:7.30pm to 7.30am (on a 4-3-3-4 shift pattern)
Working Location: Greenwich Drive or Tuas

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Possess a good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Forklift License/Reach Truck License preferred.
