Job summary

A logistics recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for a role requiring coordination and communication with drivers and customers. Our Client:

• Logistics Industry
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• West - Pandan Road
• UP $2300 + Transport Allowances $120 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assign daily jobs, liaising with drivers and the call management team.
• Follow up with the call management team on spare parts delivery schedules.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment and delivery dates.
• Work closely with the Operations RMA team on unused or returned parts.
• Arrange urgent (“red rush”) spare parts orders with the APDC HUB warehouse and drivers.
• Activate AHOC collection requests as initiated by the call management team or engineers.
• Track and follow up on back orders manual release cases with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare loan forms for customers borrowing spare parts.
