Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client's logistic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with their orders, questions, and account issues.
- Maintaining knowledge of our products and services to accurately inform customers.
- Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Working to meet individual and team performance targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service in logistic industries or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Able to take calls on weekends and after working hours for any urgent matters
