DEENN Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate with strong HDB project exposure and a collaborative mindset to support the Project Management Team. The role involves engaging with residents and stakeholders, documenting feedback, and coordinating communications on site activities.

The candidate should have 3+ years of HDB experience, be independent, and work well within a team to ensure smooth project progress and stakeholder satisfaction.

Formación

• O Level or Nitec with at least 5 subjects passed; WSQ Service Excellence (Level 1) certification.
• At least 3 years of HDB working experience; independent and good team player.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and resolve conflicts and feedbacks from public and stakeholders pertaining to the project.
• Conduct regular visits to residents/stakeholders affected by the works to gather feedback, preparing circulars, letter and flyers to keep stakeholders abreast and update on the site activities and progress.
• Provide administrative support and assistance to Project Management Team and liaise with Government authorities, public and lessee of the property in relation to project work in progress.

• At least 3 Year(s) of HDB working experience in the related field is required for this position; Independent and good team player;
