Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking a Public Relations coordinator for a project in Singapore. You will plan and coordinate PR activities, handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants and authorities, and take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from construction works.

You will also manage internal and external communications, work closely with contractors, maintain up-to-date records, and provide administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• GCE O/A Level with 2 years of public relations experience.
• WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the Public Relation programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants, authorities, etc., mitigating complaints.
• Deal with requests and complaints from the public.
• In-charge of internal and external publication and communication.
• Work with contractors to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Maintain filing and up-to-date records for quick retrieval.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Description:

• Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
• Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor
• Possess the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or an equivalent certification
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
