Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to manage the project’s PR programme and to handle inquiries, feedback, and communications with residents, consultants, and authorities.

The role involves coordinating with contractors, maintaining records, and providing administrative support as needed to ensure smooth project communications.

Qualifications

• GCE O/A Level with 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor.
• Possess the WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or an equivalent certification
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Public Relation programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants and authorities, and mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Deal with requests and complaints from the public.
• Oversee internal and external publication and communication issues.
• Work with contractors to proactively mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Filing and maintain up-to-date records for quick retrieval.
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Description:

• Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
• Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor
• Possess the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or an equivalent certification
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
