Job summary

HTC Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager and work coordinators in engaging Owners for property-related works.

You will explain the works offered, capture Owner decisions, and coordinate appointment scheduling during site visits. You will handle Owner inquiries via hotline, provide administrative help to the PM, and ensure timely updates to BCA’s EASE Portal.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or two years of customer relations work experience in HDB projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and another official language.
• Willingness to work full shift on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Share/explain items/works offered under the programme to Owners during face-to-face visits.
• Obtain Owners' decision on works after feasibility survey.
• Support PM to contact Owners and arrange appointments for works within properties.
• Support coordinators to explain the purpose and extent of works to Owners.
• Address Owners' requests about schedules; assist PM/coordinator accordingly.
• Man the hotline to answer Owner enquiries by phone.
• Provide admin assistance to PM as directed by BCA.
• Update/upload relevant information onto BCA’s EASE (Privet) Portal promptly.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on schedule and progress of works.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Share/explain the items/works offered under the programme to the Owner/senior via face-to face visit.
• Obtain Owner’s decision on the works to be carried out after the survey on its feasibility
• Support Project Manager to contact the Owners to arrange for appointment for works to be carried out within the Properties
• Support work coordinators to explain to Owners the purpose and extent of the works involved
• Deal with Owners request regarding the schedule of works and to support Project Manager and/or work coordinator to address Owners’ feedback
• Man the hotline to answer any enquiries from Owners via phone call
• Support Project Manager to provide administrative assistance as and when directed by BCA
• Support Project Manager and/or work coordinator to update/upload relevant information/document onto BCA’s EASE (Privet) Portal promptly
• Support Project Manager to compile weekly and monthly reports on the schedule and progress of works

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level Certificate or at least two years of customer relations work experience in HDB's project.
• Capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language preferably.
• Able to work full shift on Saturdays
