A logistics and catering service provider in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative. This entry-level position involves handling customer enquiries via phone and email, promoting services, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business Administration and strong communication skills. Basic salary up to $2600 - $3000
5 working days per week (Mon – Fri)

Handle customer enquiries through phone and email.
Promote catering and logistics services and highlight special offers for corporate clients.
Send follow-up emails and promotional materials to potential clients.
Keep the client database updated with correct contacts and decision-makers.
Work with other teams to process orders and ensure timely delivery.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular follow-up.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery and setup for events.
Help with client feedback, service issues, and administrative tasks as needed.
Entry level is welcome to apply, training provided.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with corporate clients.
Experience in retail support, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.
