A consultancy firm based in Singapore is seeking a Customer Operational Support Executive. This role involves preparing and submitting quotation details, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining purchase data. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years experience in an engineering environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The salary range is between S$3000 – S$3600, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
Prepare and submit quotation details to clients, supporting the team throughout the process.
Communicate and follow-up on submitted quotations. Seek clarifications from clients, address highlighted points, and arrange meetings with clients and/or relevant parties when required.
Compile and submit list of goods/service for purchase to the inter-division team. Coordinate with the Purchasing team, suppliers and subcontractors on specifications and work scope.
Maintain and update purchase data, including goods/service pricing. Support internal audits by ensuring documentation complies with established workflows.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Conduct regular inventory checks and provide timely updates on available stock levels.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in an engineering-related environment.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
