Job summary

A consultancy firm based in Singapore is seeking a Customer Operational Support Executive. This role involves preparing and submitting quotation details, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining purchase data. Job Title: Customer Operational Support Executive
Job Scope:
  • Prepare and submit quotation details to clients, supporting the team throughout the process.

  • Communicate and follow-up on submitted quotations. Seek clarifications from clients, address highlighted points, and arrange meetings with clients and/or relevant parties when required.

  • Compile and submit list of goods/service for purchase to the inter-division team. Coordinate with the Purchasing team, suppliers and subcontractors on specifications and work scope.

  • Maintain and update purchase data, including goods/service pricing. Support internal audits by ensuring documentation complies with established workflows.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and provide timely updates on available stock levels.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in an engineering-related environment.

  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
