Job summary

AUTOMOTIVE RESTORATION TEAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive administrator to support customer interactions, bookings, quotations, and invoicing for our automotive workshop. You will coordinate between customers, detailers, and workshop operations to ensure smooth daily activities and accurate records.

The role involves engaging customers, managing appointments, producing quotations, and assisting with marketing efforts to boost workshop visibility and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent; automotive or business background preferred.
• Prior experience in automotive workshop, service advisor, or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms to support administrative and marketing tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members effectively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via walk-ins, phone, or online inquiries to address their needs promptly
• Manage bookings, schedule jobs, and confirm appointments to ensure efficient workshop flow
• Explain workshop services, provide status updates, and deliver accurate quotations to customers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service
• Accurately maintain service records and invoices to support workshop administration
• Prepare quotations and invoices to facilitate billing and customer transparency
• Coordinate with detailers to track job progress and ensure timely completion
• Manage online marketing presence when required to support workshop visibility
• Assist in planning workshop workflow to optimize operational efficiency
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Promote add-on services such as maintenance packages to increase sales
• Support marketing campaigns including seasonal promotions and customer loyalty programs
• Encourage repeat business by maintaining long-term customer relationships
