MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is currently seeking a capable admin professional to support an automotive workshop.

The role involves preparing and processing invoices for car parts and workshop services, plus performing general administrative duties to keep the workshop running smoothly. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience in an automotive environment, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a car workshop / automotive industry.
• Experience handling automotive administrative work and invoicing.
• Familiar with car parts and workshop operations.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process invoices for car parts and workshop services.
• Handle general administrative duties for the automotive workshop.
• Maintain and update records, documents and invoices.
• Coordinate with workshop staff, suppliers and customers when required.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
