• Prepare and maintain service documentation, including work orders and SAP records.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and check-out for repairs and servicing.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with all repair /service activities.
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers on job status.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Promote teamwork and a positive working culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ repair and servicing requests, assess their needs, and recommend suitable services.
• Prepare and maintain service documentation, including work orders and SAP records.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and check-out for repairs and servicing.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with all repair /service activities.
• Ensure prompt, professional, and efficient customer service at all times
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and workplace productivity
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers on job status.
• Promote teamwork, cooperation, and a positive working culture within the workplace.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented, with the ability to recommend services and achieve sales targets.
• Good customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is preferred
