Job summary

Optima Werkz Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor for our automotive workshop to handle enquiries, book vehicle servicing, prepare quotations, and liaise with technicians.

You will welcome walk-in clients, explain repairs and costs, track progress, follow up on recommendations, and help maintain accurate records and smooth front-office operations. This role offers commission and incentives on monthly targets, with opportunities to grow within a busy service

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration within an automotive environment.
• Knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections.
• Document customer concerns and service needs for technicians.
• Prepare job orders, quotations, invoices and service documents.
• Explain repairs, servicing requirements, costs and timelines to customers.
• Track diagnosis, repair progress and job completion with colleagues.
• Keep customers informed on progress and charges.
• Coordinate vehicle collection and explain completed work to customers.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
