Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Singapore is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our customer-centric team. You will be the main contact for clients, handling enquiries and bookings with professionalism and care across channels.

In this role you will communicate service needs, prepare quotations, and work closely with the workshop to keep customers informed. A background in automotive customer service plus strong communication skills will help you excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales
• Background in automotive industry is a plus
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Handle customer bookings, enquiries, and complaints across multiple channels promptly and professionally.
• Understand and communicate vehicle service or repair needs, preparing accurate quotations for customer approval.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with workshop to ensure timely completion of jobs and update customers on progress.
• Provide clear information and offer solutions to address concerns.
• Collect and present customer feedback to drive service improvement.
• Support Customer Service Manager in evaluating and enhancing service processes.
