Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field required.
• 2 years of related work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent English and local language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with service partners to close cases according to standards.
• Offer feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality service to maintain customer satisfaction.
