Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required or equivalent.
• 2 years of related field experience preferred, fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and ability to exceed expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and timely follow-up with partners and internal teams.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Quality Management at TDCX.
