Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma or higher (Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Post Graduate Diploma or higher).
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support across all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide effective solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and timely follow-up with service partners and internal teams.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support quality management.
