Job summary

TDCX Group, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO, is seeking a Customer Support professional to deliver excellent service across channels and build strong customer relationships. You will research issues, provide strategic solutions, and ensure first contact resolution while upholding service standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams, contribute to process improvements, and adapt to new systems in a dynamic environment that values learning and career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required (any field).
• 2+ years in related field preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up to close cases per service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures to improve workflow.
• Deliver best services to ensure customer satisfaction and follow procedures.
