Qualifications

• Possesses at least a Diploma or higher (degree preferred).
• 2 years of related experience is desirable, fresh graduates considered.
• Strong time management and the ability to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task and tailor responses based on customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written English; good language skills for supporting market.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support across all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to offer strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with internal teams.
• Offer feedback to improve tools, resources, and processes.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction through proper procedures and follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the Quality Management System of the company.
