• Ensures first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with Service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance tools, resources, and guidelines.
• Deliver the best services to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
