Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support customers across multiple channels. You will identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver strategic solutions while ensuring first-contact resolution and effective follow-up with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma or higher.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and may be considered.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Perform other duties within the scope of employment as assigned.
