The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher, with 2 years of related experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome. Strong communication in English and the local market language is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the language of the supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow.
• Deliver high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
