Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support across relevant communication channels.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with partners to close cases per service standards.
• Provide feedback on tools, resources, and guidelines to improve workflow.
• Deliver high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Perform other duties to support the Quality Management System.
