• Diploma or degree in any field or higher.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new tools.

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via relevant channels.
• Identify needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners and internal teams.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, resources, and workflows.
• Deliver excellent service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile.
• Fulfill other duties to support the Quality Management System.
