Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years of related experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good phone etiquette.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile.
• Assist with duties to support the Quality Management System.
