• Strong communication skills in English and local language where applicable
• Customer-facing experience preferred but fresh graduates may apply

• Provide excellent support across channels to customers
• Identify customer needs and research issues to offer strategic solutions
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up for case closure
• Give feedback to improve tools, resources, and procedures
• Build sustainable relationships and exceed customer expectations
• Support the Quality Management System enhancements within the organization
