Qualifications

• Must have at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines.
• Deliver the best services to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely case closure.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
