Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field; strong communication skills.
• Minimum 0–2 years in customer support or related field.
• Ability to work across multiple channels and systems.
• Effective listening and problem-solving oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support across all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution with partners and internal teams.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, and procedures.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction with proper processes.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and go the extra mile.
• Perform additional duties to support the Quality Mgmt System.
