Qualifications

• Candidate holds at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and supporting market language.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support across communication channels.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, and workflows.
• Build sustainable relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
