Job summary

TDCX (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional experiences across channels. You will analyze customer issues, propose tailored solutions, and handle data entry with strict adherence to security policies.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required to support diverse customer bases. The role includes shift work and potential weekend or public holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Two years of experience in retail sales or customer service in luxury/high-end goods, or contact centre/e-com activities.
• Ability to multitask and tailor responses to meet needs.
• Strong communication with good listening and phone etiquette.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to support multilingual customers.
• Comfortable with computers and CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience via all channels.
• Identify and analyse customer issues and propose strategic solutions.
• Accurately process data using company systems while following data security policies.
• Identify satisfaction trends and propose improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to deliver after-sales support.
