TDCX, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to handle phone and email inquiries from the public, delivering timely, professional responses. You will work with a team to ensure accurate information and high service quality.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems. Training is provided, with office hours at Chai Chee, Bedok.

Qualificações

• At least GCE O Level/A Level/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any field.
• Preferably 2 years in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication for multilingual customers.
• Strong time management and customer-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to phone-in enquiries and emails from the public.
• Resolve enquiries promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver services to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Handle escalations proficiently.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Support continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
