Job summary

TDCX is seeking a Customer Service professional based in Singapore to deliver exceptional support across multiple channels and research customer needs to provide strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher education in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of related experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local market language.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflows.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
