Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task and tailor responses using customer information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the supporting market language.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone-in inquiries and/or emails from the Public.
• Resolve enquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Handle and manage escalation issues proficiently.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
